Dr. Swan was delightful as well as thorough and helpful. She is the first physician to ask my permission to lift my shirt to examine me! I requested a Covid test and she recommended a chest X-ray as well, both of which were done in the office. I left with the results and felt heard and reassured.

I’m Mexican and don’t speak English very well, but Dr. Swan is always kind, patient, and understanding. She takes the time to listen and explains everything clearly. Despite the language barrier, I always feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Swan is terrific! While looking for a new doctor, it was suggested by my oncologist to look at PPC. I had to wait for a few months for Dr Swan to start. And I am sooo pleased. Dr. Swan is professional, kind, fun and sooo competent. I had an issue, she said she read a report that day, excused herself, reviewed it and discussed it with me, this was a first in my medical experiences. I feel that I am so lucky to have found a Doctor like Dr Swan!

Staff is patient and kind. Dr. Bailey Swan is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. She listens well and genuinely cares. She eased my fears of going to the doctor as well.

First appointment with Dr. Swan, and she was much more thorough than other primary care physicians I've seen. She reviewed all preventative care schedules and I was overdue for a mammogram. My previous provider never mentioned this despite my having seen him during this time. I'm glad I now have a provider that will help me stay proactive with my health!

Dr. Swan has been a great doctor. Takes time to listen to all my issues and makes the effort to find a solution. Doesn't rush. Knowledgeable. Will message me back ASAP about anything going on with me.

Dr Bailey Swann is an excellent doctor. My visit on January 7 was a great experience. Staff was courteous. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes. Appointment was easy to get. Staff made several phone calls to check if I needed anything before my first appointment. Doctor addressed all my questions and concerns. Very helpful and caring person. Everything you want in a doctor.
